Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through LeMethodic ("we," "us," "our"). This policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription Refunds ($29/month)
LeMethodic offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
After the free trial ends:
- You will be charged the regular monthly fee.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting admin@lemethodic.com.
- Cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund the current billing period after the trial has ended.
- You retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period.
To avoid being charged, cancel before the 7-day trial ends.
2. Sprint Final Refunds ($199 one-time)
For Sprint Final purchases, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the Sprint product, email us at admin@lemethodic.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.
- No specific reason is required. Tell us briefly what didn't work for you (this helps us improve), but a full refund is granted regardless of reason.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via LemonSqueezy back to your original payment method.
After 14 days, refunds for Sprint Final are at our discretion. We may grant partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., unresolved technical issues preventing access).
3. Premium Refunds ($499 one-time)
When Premium becomes available (planned for month 2-3 post-launch), the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies:
- Email admin@lemethodic.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Same conditions as Sprint Final.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email admin@lemethodic.com from the email address associated with your LeMethodic account.
- Include:
- Your full name
- The product purchased (Subscription, Sprint, Premium)
- The purchase date
- The reason for the refund (helpful but not required for Sprint/Premium within 14 days)
- We will respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted for:
- Subscription charges after the 7-day trial has ended (cancel any time, but no retroactive refund).
- Sprint or Premium purchases more than 14 days after the purchase date (except at our discretion in exceptional cases).
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests (e.g., repeated refund-and-rebuy patterns).
- Promotional credits or discounted purchases below $20 USD (typically refunded as account credit, not cash).
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be suspended pending resolution.
- We may dispute the chargeback if we believe it is unwarranted.
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
We strongly encourage you to contact us first at admin@lemethodic.com. We aim to resolve all reasonable refund requests directly.
7. Currency and Conversion
All prices are listed in USD. If you are charged in a different currency, your bank or LemonSqueezy applies the conversion rate at the time of the transaction. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge. Any currency conversion difference between purchase and refund (due to exchange rate fluctuation) is not refunded by us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
